Requisitos: - University Degree in Tourism, Economics. Intensification progam in Sales will be a plus. - Proven Sales Experience of min. 5 years in the TOURISM & TRAVEL sector. - Excellent understanding of account management and sales processes with good commercial awareness - Ability to negotiate at the most senior level - A background in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans - Hard working, driven individual with ability to work on own initiative and to meet tight deadlines - Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external businesses - Excellent time management, negotiation and presentation skills - IT literate (word / excel) - Flexible in working hours - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of the cruise market preferrable. - Excellent knowledge of Spanish, Catalan and English. - Willingness to work home-office based and extensive travel on a permanent basis.
