Requisitos: We require -Native speaker German or French + English (upper intermediate as minimum) -Knowledge of IT sector preferably in software / storage/ networks/ cloud -Previous experience in customer calling - proven telesales experience in the field of IT is an advantage -Active User of MS Office, Internet, CRM -TBC - higher education in IT Personal competence: -Advanced sales drive and goal orientation -Strong service orientation to analyze customer situation -Proficiency in persuasiveness and sales negotiation soft skills - Able to use up sell and cross sell techniques within the identified new business -Good planning and organising -Professional oral and written communication skills -Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines -Ability to reach given targets by working independently as well as in team -Should be able to learn continuously about complex IT solutions + plus good understanding of IT solutions -Strong work ethic.
