Requisitos: Qualifications -Native level of German/French/ Dutch/Italian -High level of English is a mandatory -High IT knowledge Experience -1 year of previous experience in technical support is required -Team and result oriented, with solid communication skills -Good knowledge of email and internet -High level of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) -Interpreting and presenting technical information in an format that is easy to understand. -Maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure and deadlines -Finding solutions in a timely manner Skills -Strong negotiation and customer service skills -Logical/methodical approach to root cause finding -Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change -Operates effectively in a highly complex matrix organisation -Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
