As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative tasks related to the execution of Channel marketing campaigns.
You will be an integrated part of a pan-European marketing team and will have a strong connection to the different departments to insure a close collaboration and accuracy in execution and handling of marketing cost and campaigns. Supporting the EU Marketing team, you will be responsible for campaign creation, approvals, reporting, invoicing and brand monitoring.
Responsibilities
Setting up of marketing campaigns in internal tool.
Maintaining and optimizing the process of contact with several external suppliers; Partners and Agencies.
Executing other operational/administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns.
Keeping accurate accruals for marketing spend in internal tool.
Processing invoices (match with accruals and process to finance department).
