: eDreams ODIGEO , the world?s largest online travel company in the flight sector and the largest publicly traded European e-commerce company by profitability with more than 14 million customers in 43 countries worldwide is looking for a Global Merchandising Coordinator to join our Merchandising team based in London.

Within the Retail Department, the Merchandising team is responsible for increasing sales performance across multiple brands and markets, through promotional campaigns covering microsites, banners and email. Working closely with several departments (including CRM, Adsales, Air, Mobile), the Merchandising team look to optimise marketing performance through innovation, collaboration and implementing industry best practice.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage global and local merchandising campaigns across different markets primarily the UK and Germany, but could include other international markets.

Optimise the performance of merchandising activities.

Share experience within the Merchandising team to contribute to the team?s development.

Detailed activities:

Manage and develop global and local merchandising campaigns:

Initiate & develop merchandising mechanisms and activities for implementation.

Define the campaign targets (final objectives, KPI definition, technical & resources requirements, positioning etc).

Plan, define and create the content and terms & conditions of the global and local merchandising campaigns with all involved stakeholders & departments.

Coordinate and supervise campaign implementation with the teams in charge of its execution (copywriters, designers and webmasters).

Campaign QA.

Analyse and report the performance & ROI of the merchandising campaigns & activities.

Optimise the performance of the merchandising activities:

Identify and build on the opportunities to optimise resources and activities.
