Requisitos: - A degree in computational sciences, physics, mathematics, or an equivalent engineering degree. - Unix/Linux network administration, Windows and MacOs experience and flexibility to learn about new developments in the Open Source community. - Good knowledge of networks and their management. - Server administration and shell programming skills. - Ability to work and collaborate as a proactive member of a team to help in the delivery of shared objectives. - Ability to communicate clearly (mainly in English) with a range of colleagues of varying levels of technical competence. Additional skills: - Experience or an interest in climate modeling and data analysis software will be favorably considered. - Knowledge of the working nature of research group in modeling Earth system components will be highly valued. - High Performance Computing experience. Knowledge on data storage and backup systems.
