: Are you a seasoned Online Marketing professional with a wealth of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)?

Come and join us as our European Head of SEM and lead our SEM and paid search function in beautiful Barcelona for Vistaprint, one of the fastest growing E-commerce companies in Europe with 25 localized websites and 18 languages.

As the Director of SEM, you will manage our search engine marketing optimizing and paid search program in Europe. Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the paid search channel and reporting into the VP Marketing Operations, you will manage a team of 12 Paid Search specialists. The program has a significant volume with spend in the double-digit million Euro range across all major European countries. Part of the functional scope will be to identify opportunities and driving strategic initiatives. This includes areas such as bid, status management, automation and optimization, account restructure as well as quality score optimization, program localization and innovation whilst ensuring the deliverables are scalable.

In addition you will be responsible for:

Ownership of the European SEM program including the SEM forecast and sales planning for Europe

Driving projects and initiatives to improve the fundamentals of the program

Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities as well as keeping abreast of the industry and constantly look for new opportunities

Providing leadership, motivation and mentoring to team

Being the point person between the European and the North America SEM teams

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners

Definition and implementation of the SEM strategy, including strategic vision, technology enhancements, and product roadmap

Developing bidding and optimization strategies and algorithms to maximize sales and efficiency of the channel

Overseeing the daily, weekly, monthly management of SEM campaigns
