Our Customer Analytics team play a key role in being the voice of the customer. Passionate for making the connection between data and customers behaviours we analyse large sets of ecommerce data, investigate and create statistical models that allow us to truly understand our customer segments, purchasing behaviours, and predict future and emerging trends.

As a Senior Customer Analyst, you will work in partnership with marketing peers and decision makers and take the lead role in providing actionable insights on customer management initiatives that will evolve, shape and influence our CRM activities across Europe.

Your role will involve:

Redefining how we think about our CRM and focusing on our customer management strategies. You will identify, produce and lead key business cases for the pan-European business.

Partnering with the business to translate business needs into actionable strategies

Tracking, reporting and analyzing results to give insight and recommendations to the business

Improving testing rigor and best practices within marketing and across the organisation

Performing exploratory, ad-hoc data analysis to identify new opportunities

Generating key findings and deliver periodic analytical presentations

In return, you will bring

Bachelor?s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent. Master?s degree a plus

3+ years of relevant experience with customer analytics, lifecycle management and driving key initiatives
