Requisitos: A Telesales Agent B2B needs to: ¿ Be a natural sales talent, able to close a professional, business-to-business, sale over the phone (we are not targeting private households!) ¿ Be a native speaker with excellent verbal and written communications skills in the language of the target market ¿ Present very good self-motivation abilities ¿ Be an excellent team player ¿ Have a positive attitude ¿ Have intermediate to advanced software skills ¿ Be able to identify the prospects¿ particular situation and a problem business solutions is able to solve, derive implicit and explicit needs and induce buying intention ¿ Present at least 1 year of relevant experience in Telesales or, at least, in Telemarketing or Customer Support ¿ Understand how our customers¿ are organized in order to identify the right contact person ¿ Have a good command of English Having a university degree and/or speaking more than one of the relevant target market languages is a plus.
