Requisitos: ¿Main mission is to ensure highest level of adoption within the I2P community. ¿Provide top down communication to ensure this adoption ¿Close relation with I2P program in order to ensure deployment teams prepare the run activities as part of the deployment projects ¿Adapt deployment methodology if required ¿Assure Local NoE organization is in place and on-boarded ¿Support process adaptation and communication ¿Attend Weekly Progress Review meetings ¿Manage Ideas process and ensure both ways communication between the countries and Process Owner teams. ¿Provide Definition of Support Process and Metrics (SLAs, KPIs, etc.). ¿End to End Service Levels ¿Analyze adoption worldwide and take relevant action plan with the Entity Leads and managers ¿Global KPI management review ¿Define with Process Owners Change Management plans ¿Understand solution/Process evolution and business rules in order to understand the business impacts. Excellent English level mandatory
