Requisitos: Qualifications / Experience: -Degree in Information Technology, Finance or other relevant qualification -1 to 3 years of relevant work experience -To be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Spanish. Another global language is of advantage Technical skills: At least one of the following: -Functional Knowledge of SAP (FICO, FSCM, etc.) -SAP Technical skills (SAP Basis, ABAP, Workbench, Solution Manager, etc.) -Knowledge of Financial Middleware technologies (Incentage, Accurate, SWIFT, etc.) Availability: -Flexibility to work in shifts covering a 24 x 7 timeframe -Occasional travel might be required in the supported regions (US, Europe, Asia) for onsite support during closing periods or as part of new service transition. -Certifications (ITIL v3 foundation, SAP, etc.). -Knowledge of Run SAP Methodology. -Knowledge in relevant product types (Securities, Bonds, Money Market, etc.) -Experience in Financial Messaging and bank statements communication.
