Vistaprint is looking for a Marketing Specialist for our European Headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.
You will be part of the Print2Web marketing channel team, a young and dynamic group (e.g. printed advertisement inserts in boxes, magazines, invoices, direct mail, out-of-home advertisement etc.). Here you will be responsible for managing the insertion programs and direct mail in the UK market plus supporting the EU team with EU Direct mail development.
You will be an integrated part of a pan-European marketing team and will have a strong connection to the different departments to insure a close collaboration and accuracy in execution and handling of marketing cost and campaigns. Working in the EU Marketing team, you will be responsible for marketing campaign creation, creative approvals, partner management, reporting, invoicing and brand monitoring.
In addition your role will involve:
Being responsible for planning and executing UK Direct mail campaigns, plus supporting the EU Direct Mail team for activities in the rest of Europe
Planning, negotiating and executing UK insertion programs
Collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
Setting up campaign materials, trafficking, testing, reporting, documentation etc.
Weekly reporting of KPI?s and general performance of marketing activities
Taking initiative and actively participate in developing EU offline marketing strategies and activities.
In return you will bring:
Bachelor¿s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field required
Fluent English language skills (preferably native), other languages are a plus (Dutch, German, French)
3-5 years of offline marketing experience, preferably in an E-commerce environment; specifically within direct mail and insertion programs, other
