Requisitos: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Languages - Native level of German, French OR English Qualifications - AMADEUS proficiency in creating air, hotel or car bookings is a must (at least 6 months) - Studies/Bachelor degree in Tourism or in a similar field Experience - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the business travel industry -Experience in Customer Service or administration is highly valued Soft Skills ?Strong customer service skills with orientation on quality ?Both excellent written and verbal communication skills ?High knowledge of international geography ?Research / information gathering and problem solving skills ?Positive and proactive attitude ?Punctual ?Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team where required ?Respectful/friendly ?Self-starter and excellent time management skills
