Requisitos: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications -Excellent level of English plus another European language -Bachelor's or Master's degree Experience: -Minimum 2 year's experience as a Team Leader in an international environment -Experienced with internet and travel industry -Extended Call Centre Experience -Previous management experience in an international organization -Experience in hotel/travel industry is a plus Soft Skills and Skills -Enthusiastic and motivating Leader -Exceptional communication and analytical skills -Problem solving -Sense of responsibility -Independent and customer focused -Proactive-hands on attitude -Demonstrate passion for customer care -People oriented Other: -Flexible and able to work various shifts if required -Availability to relocate
