Requisitos: 1.Support the Business Processes for reporting needs 2.Maintain content in the Technical Field Dictionary that is used by report writers 3.Maintain the Reports & Dashboards Handbook 4.Support the End User Support and internal Ideas process related to reports & dashboards 5.Create, maintain and deliver training documnetation to support the NoE report write community. 6. Monitor use of Salesforce licenses to ensure optimal and most cost effective asignment of licenses (users actively using BFO have the right type of license for their work). 7. Project future license needs base on existing usage and on deployments of processes and new users. Attention to detail is required ¿ this work affects report writers globally - Good communication skills (international environment) - Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a ¿virtual¿ mode - Ability to balance tasks and keep up with the very fast pace of change - Execution minded - Good spoken and written English required
