Vistaprint offers you the opportunity to be part of our Customer Strategy team, which is responsible for defining and implementing our Customer marketing strategy across all our European markets based on strong value propositions and the associated end-to-end experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
Analyzing online and offline customer data (transactions, customer profiles and website)
Translate customer insights into innovative marketing plans that drive profitable growth ? turn business intelligence into actionable, individual marketing approaches
Defining segments and identify specific targets based on strategic focus, needs, value, and analytical models
Develop marketing strategies to increase the customer lifetime value (upsell, cross-sell etc.)
Manage channels mix and define overall multichannel plan for existing customers (what channel should we focus on with what customers)
Oversee the multichannel marketing campaigns - product, offer, frequency, concept - in collaboration with the Product, Country, Creative and Analytics Teams
