Requisitos: We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications: - Degree in law, human resources, psychology, or related discipline. Technical skills: -Native level of English and Spanish -Knowledge of HR best practices and tools is highly valued -Advanced knowledge of IT tools and social media is valued -Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Experience: - Experience of 2 year of HR Administrator - Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English language (written and oral) - Proactive person with self-initiative, independence and an organized approach to problem-solving Soft Skills: -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Special abilities to work in a multicultural environment -Oriented to detail, accurate and methodical -High result and excellency orientation
