: Context and Mission:
The Computational Genomics group offers a position in the context of the Cancer genome project in the Life Science department to ensure and to develop tools and procedures in order to forward the analysis of genomes and genomic derivative data in the context of biomedical and biological projects. The person will be part of a team for genomic analysis tool development and application to these projects and for adapting this analysis to the particular computational environments of our center. We seek for researches that can dedicate certain amount of time to solve particular problems related to the underlying implementations of the programs used in the group. Therefore,
