: PURPOSE
He (she) will work closely with the Onshore Sales Managers and will lead the preparation of the technical & costing parts of the tender with all the relevant departments of the company with the objective of submitting on-time & winning offers to our customers.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical….)
3-4 years of professional experience in Sales & Tendering activity or similar
Business knowledge
Previous experience within the Wind Industry (or power generation industry)
Previous experience in Tendering & Sales Experience within Industry (or similar industry)
Specific knowledge
Technical knowledge of the Wind Turbines and more extensively of the Energy Generation Equipment
Fluent in English – Spanish / German – French being an advantage

Wind Turbine products (or major Power Generation Equipment)
Tender preparation tools / Methods
Ability to elaborate a well-documented offers
Capacity to challenge the cost base in order to produce a competitive offer
Ability & willingness to learn and understand quickly technical information regarding Wind Turbine Generators and associated logistics, Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance activities.
Behavioural Skills / Competencies
Team work (ability to work in a matrix organisation)
Good Communication skills (being in contact with many different departments of the company)
Ability to motivate teams and set common goals related to project across organization
