: Are you a technical expert in Paid Search? Come and join us to lead our Paid Search Technology & Insights team and play a major role in one of Europe?s biggest paid search programs.

As the Manager Paid Search Technology you will manage our technology stack and insights for our paid search program in the EU. You will be responsible for enhancing & developing our SEM technology stack, use of data, and delivery of insights to drive sales and profitability of the paid search channel. You will report into the Head of Paid Search Europe and manage a team of 2 paid search specialists. Key interactions in the organization will be with the Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Software Development teams. The program has a significant volume with spend in the double-digit million Euro range across all major European countries.

Responsibilities

Defining and implementing the Paid Search technical strategy, including strategic vision for the technology evolution & enhancements, and product roadmap

Driving projects & initiatives to improve the technical fundamentals of the program and developing & refining automation for the management of Paid Search campaigns

Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities. Staying on top of the industry and permanently look for new opportunities

Providing leadership, motivation and mentoring to SEM technical team

Partnering with SEO channel team and the North America Paid Search technical team to accelerate innovation and identify opportunities to optimize overall Search Engine Strategy

Developing bidding and optimisation strategies and algorithms to maximize sales and efficiency of the channel
