Software Engineer

: The Software Engineer is responsible for building European and global capabilities. In our fast-paced development environment, you will work on real-world, scalable, e-commerce projects that include site internationalization capabilities and features for our .NET-based applications and websites.
You will build highly dynamic, data-driven e-commerce software that received over 80 million sessions with 1.8 million new customers worldwide per year. You will work on a range of projects that will initially focus on site internationalization and capabilities controlling dynamic marketing and customized website behavior that reach over 8 million customers per year.
You will develop site internationalization capabilities in partnership with our Marketing team. These capabilities allow us to provide a website experience that is optimized to each locale we serve throughout the globe. Features include dynamic marketing, customized website behavior, localization, in-house email campaigns, third party partners and payments.
You will take ownership of software applications that the European Marketing teams rely on to configure and drive demand to our global e-commerce sites. Partnering with the business in order to realize, develop and execute on your shared vision.
Development at Vistaprint is fast-paced, with new code released to production every three weeks. You will very quickly see the results of your work put into practice.
Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer will work on a range of projects in our fast-paced development environment.
Design, build and test C# applications. Includes client (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX, JSON, XML) and server side development website development
Development of internal and external web pages, and tools for configuration, operations, deployment.
