: What is the role? (What does the role / team do)
This role is part of the EMEA HR Team which provides support to approximately 1000 employees across 25 countries. Working in a customer focused environment the role is responsible for providing all administration support primarily focusing on benefits, payroll and other ad hoc HR related projects as required in Spain.
What is my personal contribution?
- Management of the HR payroll administration for Spain
- The administration of the relevant benefits for Spain
- Ensuring updating of relevant documentation
- To confirm and provide references for ex and current employees
- Work with the HR Managers to issue probation paperwork
- Ensure that employees records and accurate on both Peoplesoft and paper files
- Monthly reporting and creating ad hoc reports using Peoplesoft and eThority.
- Updating EMEA training records
- Participate in ad hoc HR related projects as required
