? On time and on budget implementation of Agilent Laboratory Informatics platform (Clients-Server-Instruments) for Pharma, Petro and Chemical market.
? Effectively delivering, leading and monitoring small to medium scale Projects where implementation, integration and validation of our software platform within an environment where Agilent and other vendor?s instruments are installed.
? Support Region delivery organization as a technical resources and main point of contact for support escalation.
? Manage relationship of assigned customer account. This Account liaison role will make you accountable for customer satisfaction and awareness of Agilent?s future plan and evolution.
? Work closely within Professional Services Organization to provide complete solution to customer.
? Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective reactive support and proactive communication with customer.
?Position will be ideally based in Spain
Qualifications:
? BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering, or other related discipline or equivalent
? Excellent soft skills with the ability to function as inside sales account manager interacting with customers and different company internal departments on a daily base
? Strong domain knowledge in the field of Laboratory informatics including chromatography data systems, data and content management,
