: Join Agilent Technologies? as a business development manager driving sales growth Europe Middle East and Africa. In this position you will give all available sales channels both the ability and the motivation to sell. You will lead the creation and execution of programs that drive channel readiness, customer engagement, and ultimately product sales. You will also play a key role in influencing new product development to match the customers? requirements i as well as sales channels needs
How you will be measured:
? Your ability to produce profitable order growth of Precision Power Supplies and Parameter/Device Analyzers.
? Your ability to analyze market/customer data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction from market information, and create a compelling business plan with specific actions intended to drive sales growth
? Your effectiveness in deploying programs that maximize orders across broad and/or target industry segments.
? Your ability to drive collaboration between the Semiconductor Test Division and all the available sales channels to ensure continued growth of Precision Power Supplies and Parameter/Device Analyzers business
? Your responsiveness to customers, local field, and the division
? Your leadership skills to influence sales without direct authority
Position requirements:
? University degree at the bachelor or masters level or equivalent
? 3+ years of business development and/or sales experience
? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills in English
? Self motivated, quick learner, and problem solver
? Ability to travel 50% of the time
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate:
? Has Test and Measurement product and application knowledge and sales experience in particular in relation to Precision Power Supplies and Parameter/Device Analyzers business .
? Can reduce broad business strategies and concepts into structured busines
