we are looking for an Recruiter specialist, with experience in technical profiles and focused on finding and hiring talent for Softonic.
The main responsabilities are:
- To manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
- Proactive search for potential candidates from multiple sources (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.).
- Interview, screen applicants and conduct reference checks.
- Coordinate pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates and employment processing.
- Maintain relationship with universities in order to hire students who match our profiles.
- You must be delivery-focused and enjoy interacting with a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
- Advising managers of market conditions, best practice, best candidates and generally facilitating the recruitment process by working with the relevant manager.
Requisitos mínimos
- At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in internet industries/technical profiles.
- Have a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
- Internet-based recruiting tools and search techniques are required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a team.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required, both in Spanish and English.
