Labor Specialist

: We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to give support managing all the issues that involve the relation with the employees at Softonic.
The end-to-end responsibilities are to manage all the law in risk and safety issues, to be in charge of the paperwork for new incorporations, to give support in the payroll process and to manage absenteeism situations.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years post-qualified experience as a Labor Relations Specialist, a Labor Relations degree, advanced level of English and advanced level in Excel.
This role will be based in Corporate HQ in Barcelona. It will report directly to the Head of Labor Relations within a team of a total of 3 members.
Your contribution to the team:
· Managing, signing and filing away all the contracts for the new incorporations. You will give the welcome labor issues training for the new employees at the company.
· Giving support for the payment of the monthly payrolls (controlling flexible spending and benefits).
· Helping our staff with all labor questions (taxes, social security, allowances, collective agreement)
· Managing the absenteeism in the company (sick absences, maternity leave, paternity leave)
· Ensuring compliance with current legislation in Risk and Safety (Prevention Plan, medical check-ups).
Requisitos mínimos
Expertise that will make you shine:
· Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as a Labor Relations Specialist.
· Graduate with a Labor Relations degree.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish.
· Expert level in Excel
· Self-motivated, capable of working well under pressure.
· High level in confidentiality and discretion.
· Specially care of details and planning skills.
