Requisitos: The required skills for this position are: - Native or near-native English - Very strong organizational skills - High emotional intelligence The desired skills for this position are: - Experience managing Customer Support or Telemarketing teams - Experience with training or language teaching - Other languages (esp. Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian or Portuguese) The ideal candidate for this position should have an international profile with plenty of enthusiasm, initiative and a strong work ethic. The candidate should possess the proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with people from diverse range of cultural backgrounds, ideally with some experience in a customer support or call centre environment. The candidate should also be a strong communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence, and highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
