: Novartis is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage the invoicing of providers, to verify the adequacy of the same hiring, make corporate and tax regulations and monitor compliance with the conditions agreed with the suppliers.
Job Description
Monitor compliance of the registration and accounting of invoices and ensuring adequate accounting code adoption and compliance with corporate and tax rules in accounting for vendor invoices.
Ensure that third party expenses are accounted for in accordance with the principle of accruals accounting.
Responsible for assisting with due diligence.
Communicate with internal customers in regards to escalations and provides excellent customer service.
Minimum requirements Skills/Qualifications:
Background: Business Administration/Finance.
At least 3 years experience in a financial department
Self-dependent, flexible and accurate.
Customer and goal oriented.
Fluent English.
