: We are seeking Helpdesk Analysts Fluent in different languages. The successful candidate will provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution. We need to provide customer support for different markets. We are looking for agents that are fluent in: - French - German - Swedish Job Responsibilities: - Assist users with all software/hardware issues. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues. - Advise users on appropriate action and turnaround times for rectifying IT issues. - Stay current with system information, changes and updates. - Provide exceptional customer service to the user community. - Respond to incoming requests for assistant via telephone of email. Preferred Skills: - Speaking Fluent French, German, Swedish - Spanish will be plus. - Bachelors degree or IT studies will be a plus. - Demonstrate knowledge or experience in IT. We offer: - Salary: 18.000 euros gross per year + other social benefits. - Schedule: Diferent Shifts. - Contract: Direct and Fix contract with the company.
