: Our client is looking for customer service representative to give support to German clients and sales representatives. Main tasks: deal directly with customers, handle and resolve customer complains, process orders, forms, applications and requests, manage customers accounts,, manage administration and special deliveries requirements, follow up on customer interactions We are looking for: native German speaker, fleunt in French will be a plus, communication skills - verbal and written, Be versatile and pragmatic, stress tolerance We offer: salary: 18.000€ gross per year Schedule: from Monday to friday from 9-18h contract: 3 months contract + permanent contract with the company Paid trainning staring date: 24/03/2014
