: Acts as a consultant and partner to the Business Functions in order to improve and enhance existing business processes and ensure compliance to internal and external regulations and requirements.

Job Description

Provides consulting and help to business functions in a proactive manner.

Supports Regional Management and Global Business Process Control with adequate management information.

Analyses audit reports (External and internal audit reports, Information Security, project reviews) and defines & tracks action items.

Follows up with business functions on proper implementation and progress of agreed actions.

Performs Self-Assessments, makes follow-up and implements corrective actions.

Determines Country Risks and Exposures and develops/implements action plans to address it.

Ensures stabilization of the requirements and performs required testings.

Monitors and improves business process compliance according to internal & external regulations.

Leads business process reviews on special topics.

Prepares Internal Audits, coordinates and supervises follow-up process and ensures accurate and timely resolution of agreed actions.

Implementation and follow-up of projects and initiatives not only local but also coming from Region Europe or Global.

Minimum requirements Background: Business Administration/Finance. Certification in Accounting/Auditing and MBA preferred.

Auditing and/or business process re-engineering experience (at least 4 years) with strong internal control focus.

Strong project management background and excellent execution skills.

Strong communication skills.

Self-dependent, flexible and accurate.

Customer and goal oriented.

Fluent English.
