Experience: -2 ¿ 3 years experience as a Technical writer (in English) or similar and experience within the client service industry with resultant knowledge of organization behavior -2 year of experience in training departments targeted to end customers or to end users in large companies. -Ability to use computers and documentation management related software packages necessary. -Excellent written communication skills -Demonstrated ability to gather information and insights from individuals and groups through the use of interviews. -The ability to work under the pressure of time constraints necessary. -International exposure. -Project management experience is highly expected. 2. Skills: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Perfect communications skills facing user groups. -International culture and ability to work -Native/ Full Proficiency English level
