Requisitos: - At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the call center industry. - Have a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing. - Internet-based recruiting tools and search techniques are required. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required, both in Spanish and English. - Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a team. - Strong initiative and solid analytical skills.
