You will identify, initiate and lead business optimization, transformation and improvement project initiatives. You will enjoy real variety of consulting projects with diverse clients from FMCG, Automotive and Retail sectors. Based in Warsaw, the successful candidate will be given a chance to travel all around Europe and accomplish projects on regional level.
- Master Degree
- Minimum 8 years experience working for a global matrix organisations (FMCG, Automotive or Retail)
- Extensive experience in process optimization, transformation and improvement
- Consulting experience
- Team management and project delivery experience
- Drive, persistence, attitude, commercial acumen
- Willingness / Ability to travel extensively across the various countries (up to 80 - 100%)
- Fluency in English and one additional European language
