Requisitos: Bachelor's degree in a Service / Operations / IT related field or equivalent experience - Experience with and knowledge of the workings of a contact / call center , preferably with Avaya systems and CMS Supervisor - Ability to communicate credibly and constructively with all levels, including senior management, client managers and technical teams; good listening and consultative skills - Strong analytical problem solving skills to determine the root cause of an issue. - Six Sigma or similar certifications are a strong plus - Ability to lead and influence a group of individuals without direct reporting lines (EMEA BCP Coordinator network; 19 FTE) - Ability to think clearly and critically to evaluate alternatives considering business needs, technology fit, cost / benefit, security, business continuity and departmental strategies - Ability to innovate and prioritize to deliver solutions that "have the biggest bang for the buck"
