Requisitos: - Excellent Spanish and English. - Bachelor`s degree in software engineering. - 4 years experience supporting Software products. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Exeperience in software development & lifecycle management. - Decisions around database best practices to maintain stable systems. - Deciding course of action in complex situations - Systems concerns that could have financial implications to our contracted SLAs. - Work with regional management to determine solutions to sensitive customer situations. - A second UE language would be strongly valued
