Requisitos: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications -Workforce management certified and/or two plus years experience in workforce management analysis preferred wo plus years experience working with Aspect eWFM and/or equivalent workforce management software preferred - Analysis skills, understanding complex formulas, data transformations, and record keys from multiple sources -Possess experience and/ or knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Possess ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Access skill set is highly Preferred)
