Requisitos: Required Experience/Skills: - 10 to 20 years' working as a manager of a Pawnbroker that deals with a significant number of high value items or as a manager of a respected luxury retailer - Experience of working in a high quality environment - At least 5 years Pawnbroking experience - At least 10 years' experience in dealing with a minimum of 3 of the following: Gold, Gemstones, Watches and Jewellery - At least 5 years' experience in valuing high value items - Excellent communication skills - First class customer service skills - Good people management skills and ability to hold people accountable - A genuine passion for Jewellery, Watches or Art and Antiques - Sound knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and due diligence legislation - Ability to motivate both teams and individuals
