Travel customer service for Dutch market

: In collaboration with our client an international insurance company we are looking for customer service agents to work for the Dutch market to manage travel issues. Main Tasks: - Offer travel assistance. Helping costumers solving their travel issues offering all the necessary information to attend their needs. We are looking for: - Native Level of Dutch with high lever of English - Fluent Level of Spanish - Good Level of English - Experience in customer service - Customer service orientated person We offer: - Staring date: as soon as possible - Contract: direct contract with the company. - Paid training. Other social benefits. - Working hours. There are different day shifts: - Weekends and holidays shifts (From 8-16 or 10-18). 9.000 Euros.
