Requisitos: The right candidate: ?Must be graduate-level, preferably with a public relations degree. ?Contact with clients beforehand ?Experience with complaint handling ?Work with computers and phone ?Outlook Express or at least an ease to grasp knowledge in computer programs ?Is good at managing their time and has strong analytical skills ?Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, take the initiative and get the task done ?Is prepared to put their Excel and PowerPoint skills to good use ?Wants to contribute to all ongoing projects focused on contributing ?Is passionate about his/her job and takes an active role within the team
