Requisitos: Your functions and requirements will be: - Excellent Office suite skill: Excel & Powerpoint. - Italian native and high level of English. - Perform fraud investigations, based on internet research (social media), phone verification, address verification and more. - Experience in process automation is a plus. - Monitor and search potential fraudulent activity, based on reporting tools. - Experience in MySQL queries or Oracle BI is a plus, but not essential. - Define, generate and review department metrics and KPIs. - Other projects/tasks as they arise (supervising cross-projects, etc) - A personal self-driven behavior and very organized.
