Requisitos: Requirements: ? Deep knowledge of virtualised environment (Deploy and Maintain) based on Vmware / Cloudstack technology. ? Has a deep knowledge of one individual technology (Microsoft or Unix) area. ? At least 4 years of previous experience in Technical support, preferably as System Support Engineer in one of the following technologies: ? UNIX: - UNIX: AIX. - LINUX: RHEL 5. - Shell Scripting. - MYsql and/or Oracle administration and support. - Apache/Tomcat. ? MICROSOFT: -Windows 2003. -Windows Server 2008 -IIS5.0 & 6.0 ? Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills. ? Team Spirit. ? Availability to work in shift. ? Fluent in English.
