Requisitos: Requirements - University degree - More than 2 years experience in (international) talent acquisition (MUST), preferably in an high volume recruiting environment and/or the online industry. - Preferably more than 1 year of international experience, working in different cultures/countries and multi-cultural teams. - Knowledge of efficient recruiting processes and employee selection methods. - Proven track record of working in an hands-on and fast-moving environment with uncertainty and constantly changing priorities. - Communicative, empathic "people" person, analitic and results oriented - Business English (MUST)
