Requisitos: - Computer science degree or equivalent. - Knowledge of one individual technology (Microsoft or Unix) area. - At least 3 years of previous experience in Technical support, preferably as System Support Engineer in one of the following technologies: 1) UNIX, UNIX: AIX. - LINUX: RHEL 5. - Shell Scripting. - MYsql and/or Oracle administration and support. - Apache/Tomcat. 2) Microsoft: - Windows 2003. - Windows Server 2008 - IIS5.0 & 6.0 - Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills - Knowledge environments: ISA Server, VMWare Infrastructure, VMWare Infrastructure, Sun Storage, Network: router, firewalls. - Formal IT qualification , MCP, MCSE, CCNA.
