Requisitos: ·Minimum 5 years of IT background, 2 of them working with SIEM solutions. ·Experience in large monitoring systems. ·Experience in database administration is an advantage. ·Experience in system administration and monitoring (Windows) ·Knowledge in IT security (network security, system security) ·Focused on delivering good service to a wide range of customers. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work in a team. ·Ability to work in a high pressure environment. ·Ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions. ·Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment. ·Fluent written and spoken English. ·Flexible approach to working hours. ·Able to travel (locally and internationally) to provide on-site Service and project support.
