Requisitos: Requirements: - Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources or related field - A minimum of 5 years` experience as HR generalist in a multi-national / cultural environment - Experience in international recruitment - Excellent knowledge of Spanish administration, payroll procedures & labor laws - Ability to handle multiple requisitions at once, with excellent time management and prioritization skills for shifting priorities while retaining control of high volume recruitment processes - Able to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when necessary - Proven analytical and creative problem solving ability - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal - EU employment laws knowledge is valued - Fluent in English and in Spanish
