Requisitos: Responsibilities: + Address all visual contents contributors concerns in a timely and professional manner + Help maintain relationships with existing contributors (fidelization) and onboard new contributors (acquisition) + Be a team player who can work independently and take initiative to solve day-to-day issues with a flexible, think 'outside the box' approach + Position is full-time, but keeping control off hours may be necessary Requirements: + Excellent customer service skills + Knowledge of Photography, Design And/or Footage (Video) background is preferred + International working experience is essential + Ability to communicate in English and French without grammatical and spelling errors is a big plus
