Requisitos: Required background: -Fluent English -Excellent communicator - determine requirements of everyone involved -Organizational and project coordination skills - maintain spreadsheets and documents as needed of coordination information -Ability to multi-task - dealing with multiple hiring managers and candidates moving through the recruitment pipeline at the same time -Familiar with digital communications tools such as FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp and other similar tools -Plenty of initiative and self-motivation - follows through and chases things up to make sure they happen -Minimum 2 years working in a professional and digitally-oriented office -Minimum 1 year of similar coordination / organizational work -Ability and appetite to learn new about new areas Desirable background: -Fluent Spanish-Tools: Google Drive/Docs, Dropbox, Apple OS X desktops, OS X Email -Background in Spain HR practices -Hands-on recruitment coordination experience in a previous role
