Requisitos: To be successful in as a B2B Customer Support, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: · Language skills: Native French and fluent in Spanish and English (any additional language is an advantage) · Excellent technical customer support experience of at least 2 years in an international B2B environment; · Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as a talent to establish good relationships with Business Customers; · Passion for technology; knowledge on Telematics (vehicle electronics, telecommunication, GPS); · Commitment to high quality standards and customer satisfaction; · Focus on taking ownership, quick and effective resolution of issues, unburdening the customer · Knowledge of PC hardware; good knowledge of Windows OS; knowledge of web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla); · Ability to identify, a analyse and find solutions for complex technical issues. · You are passionate, a team player, quick learner and innovative thinker
