Requisitos: Experience: ? Experience in a customer-centric role (Helpdesk/contact centre background an advantage). ? Problem-solving and decision making experience. ? Experience in a high-pressured and ever changing environment. ? Experience in a technical role an advantage. Skills/Qualifications: ? Able to build relationships quickly. ? Tenacious, follows problems through to resolution. ? Excellent customer service skills. ? Meticulous attention to detail and well organised. ? Can prioritise effectively. ? Team player. ? Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) ? Good time management and can work well under pressure and to deadlines. ? Flexible approach. ? Proactive and keen to learn. ? Demonstrate initiative while providing the best possible solution to our customers. ? Dutch language is required.
